Self-collection - all payment must in C.O.D.

Self Collection

For self collection, it will only be available in

Monday to Friday - Hougang 1 (outside the mcdonals)

Postage

Normal mail - Package will be delivered to the mailbox directly. No tracking number is available for normal mail.

Postage for Normal mail: $0.35 - S$1.50

Registered mail - Package will be delivered directly to the doorstep of the address issued. Tracking number is available. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip behind in the address mailbox for collection at the nearest post office. Registered mail postage is an addition of $2.24 to normal mail postage.

We shall not be held any responsibilities for lost mail regardless of delivery by normal or registered mail. We strongly recommend customers to use registered mail.

Other Terms and Condition

All items are pre-ordered from other countries.

No minimum order required.

Once there are sufficient orders, we will proceed with ordering from our respective factories.

Lead time will usually it take up to 7 - 10 working days to arrive.

All items are not refundable or exchange.
